In order to keep event costs down and donation funds up, we have sought to find pre-event donors to help us and  will continue to do so.  Please read the letter below that we have prepared as a tool to reach out to potential sponsors/donors.  Future updates will be made to this page that describe our event needs and the costs associated with them.
